Sheet metal bending is a process that gives the sheet metal or shaped section a cylindrical or conical form. The form is obtained by extremely intense flexion forces that result in a permanent deformation of the sheet according to the desired bend radius. We use several gauges to check that the desired radius is achieved.
We have two rolling machines capable of bending sheet metal up to 3050 mm long and from 3 mm to 30 mm thick. With these machines we can produce any diameter between 200 mm and 7000 mm.
