Hot-dip galvanisation is a process consisting in the immersion of steel parts in a bath of molten zinc at 450°C to protect the iron-based steel alloy against oxidisation and corrosion caused by humidity and ambient pollution.
The bath dimensions range from 12000 mm to 14000 mm, depending on the length of the product to be galvanised.
