We manufacture boilerwork products using plans provided by our customers or by our internal services, in full respect of the guidelines of the project presented. Depending on their specifications, these products may be manufactured, painted and machined by our own personnel or assembled on site (finished products).
We specialise in medium and heavy boilerwork products, using sheet metal from 1 mm to 100 mm in thickness. To handle our products, we use six gantry cranes with a 30-tonne lifting capacity, as well as nine hoists.
We work in close cooperation with various sheet metal providers who use a variety of cutting techniques (laser, plasma, oxy-acetylene and water jet) to deliver the components we need in very short deadlines.
To form our products, we use two rollers that cover all diameters from 200 to 7000 mm, and thicknesses from 30 mm to 300 mm. We also use two folding presses that offer a press force up to 400 tonnes, for use on parts up to 6 metres in length.
Our production processes are compliant with ISO 15614-1 and ASME IX for carbon steel, stainless steel and super duplex steel (S355J2+N, S690QL, AISI 316, AISI 347H, SUPER DUPLEX, etc.).
For precision machining of parts (whether small, medium or large in size), we make use of the excellent know-how of reputed partners.
Our 450 m³ / 30 tonne shot-blasting and paint booth enables us to ensure that each of our products has the appropriate surface finish.
At the end of the production process, we perform all the required quality controls: dimensional (conventional process), VT, PT, MT, UT, RT (for which we possess Certiaend Level 2 accreditation), hardness, mechanical resistance, etc.
